Have you ever wanted to know how to make great BBQ? Are you lost when it comes to cooking on your Pit? This will be an interactive 8 hour class where Steve and John will teach you the art of BBQ.

Students will work hands on at pits. Students will learn how to utilize the style of pit that they have at home to cook amazing BBQ. Please select from the options tab for the type of cooker that you use at home.
