Just a short review of the pulled pork at Melissa Cookston's Memphis Barbecue Company in Horn Lake, MS. The balance of burnt ends , white and dark meat and smoke ring was as good as you could ask for. The meat was moist without being soggy and tender without being mushy. I don't use sauce and the taste was a good balance of smoke , dry rub and pork. I would rate it as the best pulled pork i've had. I'm not a professional judge but i've ate my share of cue over the years. If you're in the area it's definetly worth checking out.
