Hi guys & gals.

Came across the site while searching for a decent (mansize) BBQ which I'm going to build (brickwork) in our new home in Victoria, Australia.

Just moved from Western Australia to Victoria leaving behind my man-cave, new house doesn't have the land to build another shed  , so as a consolation the 'missus' let me have free range building an outdoor BBQ area complete with wood fired oven (hand build, not a kit).

So, I'll be checking out all the recipes, BBQ designs etc, and this site looks like it's great for that. :thumb:

Cheers for throwing out the 'welcome' mat.

Enjoying the site, and here's me thinking that us Aussies had BBQing down to a fine art.....boy am I ever so wrong

I'm on the 'drag' side of the learning curve, that's for sure.

Thanks for all the hospitality.

Will be coming over your way in the not too distant future. Me & the 'Missus' (brother now lives in Portland, Oregan) are going to do 'Vegas', and throw in Bonneville (for me).

And, check out some of those BBQ/Rib resturants, certainly look great.
