Not sure if this is the right place. But I'm going to ask anyway.

I live in Charleston, SC. I've been looking around for a butchery class that would show you how to break down a half a hog. Preferrably pay for the hog so you keep what you cut up, but seems most places around the country let you only take 10-20lbs of the meat.

I'd like to find something within NC-SC-GA so it's somewhat driving distance. Maybe Tennessee too. Anyone know any recommendations?
