Howdy. Found this site through Google searches looking for hints on how to start cooking on my new Vision Kamado. Through a suggestion found on this site, I tried Alton Brown's recipe for pulled pork. Started with a 10 lb. pork shoulder, some pecan chips, and a 15 hour low and slow at 220. Took it to a family outing Monday and it was a hit. No leftovers. Love the site and hope to learn from the masters.
