This weekend sees the first KCBS competition in the U.K. Run by the UK BBQ Association. Hopefully all the stress and hard work will pay off and it will be a success.

Does the judging consist of KCBS CBJ's? What city?
It will have an equal mix of present KCBS CBJ's and newly qualified CBJ's as we are running a KCBS judges class the day before. Also we have a handful of KCBS Master judges too. It is at a village pub called the Globe in Snarestone Leicestershire.

We have two Dutch teams travelling across to compete aswell so it will have a European 'flavour'.

If this contest happens again next year and I can get some help with some WSMs over their I would love to cook. My wife is from Birmingham and it would be great to see her family and friends again.
