You da man! I need 6 to cook for my sister and I canned their email about two weeks ago.
Are they "enhanced"? If not, I will run up the road and get a few.

Probably. I think their ribs are, aren't they?
Seems like it. I'll probably get a few anywho. That's a good price.

I'm sure they are......which isn't all bad.....we had a meat supplier for a contest last summer and they gave us enhanced butts.....my 1st reaction, "oh NO", didn't feel the same after we picked up the check for 1st place in pork.......though I prefer non enhanced, at that price I'd buy them.....just watch your salt and your cooking time....

I'm planning to take most of it out of the injection, and maybe a little out of the rub. Any differing opinions?

Dunno if I'd put any in the injection.....seems like I used just apple juice, as far as the rub, seems like I increased the brown sugar a little

I've been using Chris Lilly's injection. Might just leave the salt out if it's what you use. Or just a apple juice mix. I don't think I'd change my rub any. Not really my rub, it's Spicebag's!

Jay's I would think would work great since his rubs are already lower salt than most rubs, wouldn't you think, Kick?
