Has anyone tried to cook there chicken on a mini wsm? I am thinking about trying it next weekend.

Regardless o the pit, its always the recipe and technique, make sure to do a practice run first if you havent cooked on it before comp style.

How many thighs could you fit? My mini is full with 5 brats.

I did a practice run. I fit 6 thighs per rack. I used a small round cake pan that fit on each rack for the butter bath. It turned out pretty well I think I am going to give it a go.
