I've been looking for some side wall options like the food vendor walls or others. Is there is good site at carries the good stuff? Lots of options?

Most canopy manufacturers sell walls that fit their models. Find someone who sells your brand canopy and they should have the walls.

+1 for what Ron said.
The one thing that can suck about canopy walls is how much they cost. For my coleman canopy the walls were about $25 each so $100 total. But of course the hook up easily. The other option that I see a lot of teams use is to get 10x10 tarps since they are pretty cheap and string them up.

Try hutshop.com, they have a large variety of accessories. In addition to the sidewalls, I also carry 2 8x10 mesh tarps that I purchased at harbor freight. They repel rain, block out the sun, but allow air to flow through on hot summer days.

We bought flame retardant canvas tarps, 10x12. They weigh about 40-50 lbs each, and we attach then with 8" ball ties to the frame.
Having lost an ez-up or two to storms, I highly recommend them
We also use 4" x 2-3' PVC pipe full of quick set cement. Bungees to the corners
our ex up stays out in really nasty weather!
The canvas keeps warmth in when its cold, and gives shade in heat
If you are using EZ UP, or something the same size, I find the following site easier to navigate and select options vs. the EZUP Store:

I suggest you stick with the manufacturer of your canopy. Strangely enough, all 10x10 tents are not the same exact dimensions, and an inch difference can be a big deal on those tight-stretched walls.
