From TV shows to other people talking, everyone seems to wrap their ribs. I myself always did but for the past few months at home I have not and like the product better.

But can a person do a turn in with ribs never wrapped? Does anyone not wrap at comps?

If you do not wrap for a contest... I would pan them on a roasting rack.

Not that my opinion is any thing.

Of course you can do a turn in without wrapping the ribs. You can do anything you want within the rules :-D

Most competition cooks who I know wrap, but I'm sure there are cooks out there who don't and have good results. What matters is the ribs that send up in the box, not how you got there.
