Has any one tried both and have a favorite in the low sodium beef?

I know the OP asks about low sodium, and I can't speak to that.
For regular stuff, we use Minors; but we have never tried Better Than Bouillon.
But, now that it has been mentioned, we will try it. Always looking to compare.

Minors beef base
Both of them are like 90% salt, way too salty for me, may as well just use straight salt imo.

I think for beef base they're about a push. I really do like the Minors Beef Au Jus, though - so wind up just majoring on the majors and minoring on the Minors.

I might be wrong but I think the #1 ingredient in BTB is Beef.

minors has some great products and not salty..check out thier web site, I have made lots of sauces with thier products

I have used both and like both products. That being said, I prefer Minors for beef products and BTB for chicken.
