This class will cover the adjudication process for BBQ Brethren events and cover chicken, ribs, pork, brisket and common ancillary categories.
At the conclusion of the class you will become a registered BBQ Brethren judge.
We ask that you bring a few cans of food with you for the food drive being held at the event.
