For those of you in Missouri or Kansas, where are you sourcing Waygu for comps and what kind of pricing are you seeing?

I just got this one in today. It was a little over $70.

Paradise is great. I get my stuff there.
Birchelmeyers in KCK says they have American Kobe on request...which is Wagyu
I would imagine McGonigles in the Waldo area would be worth checking out.
