The 9th Hudson Valley RibFest takes place on August 17 & 18 at the Ulster County Fairgrounds in New Paltz NY.

Saturday 8/17 is the NEBS Grilling Contest

Categories are still TBD. Apples are definitely back.

Sunday 8/18 is the KCBS BBQ Contest
