I have been using your rubs for a year or two now and I have to say they are great. Go great on everything and I love the hint of houston. I have shared this cook in the past, and the pics are even on your site but here they are again.
Similar to a fatty but a little more dinner related.
I like to take a pork loin and fillet it out as flat as I can. Then stuff with goodies, roll it up and do a bacon weave on top then smoke it. They are amazing.
