OK, since my pics before did not show up good before I did a re-cook and only did a couple of box's. Let me have it..... This is only my 2nd box ever

Judges would probably get you for the chicken pieces not being "more symmetrical". That front right one does stick out. Also the brush strokes on both ribs and chicken are noticeable. Maybe a little uneven saucing on the chicken.

Globby sauce and brush marks. Could use a little more attention to detail in trimming and layout. Both of these rate about a 7 from me. Might catch an 8 if they looked better in person, definitely not as low as a 6.

Use a pastry brush on the ribs. Dip chicken in sauce or spoon sauce on chicken whilst setting.

You can also get brush marks to smooth out by spritzing with plain hot water. Just be sure to use bottled or other pure source or you'll be adding hose flavor!

8 for reasons given above. Also the chicken might be more appealing with the chicken pieeces thrned 90 degrees. So the judges are looking at the side of the thighs and not the bone end.

Rubber brushes and really didn't like it. Also I
Was an idiot and cooked the chocked under my ribs
Which dripped on the chicken hence the dark
Spots on the chicken
