Good morning everyone. I bought 6 pork butts last Friday to cook last weekend. Due to weather and a family member sick, I never made it to the smoker. Are they ok to stay in the cryovac this week to cook on Friday, or should I freeze them? Thanks!

If they are in the cryovac and kept cold you should be ok.

Keep them refrigerated in the cryo , and you're good.

When you open them. If you do smell something fowl, dont asume they are ruined. Give them a good cold rinse and that usually will take care of the problem.
