Hopefully next week I will roll out my new beef injection. The spice company is waiting on one ingredient before being able to produce the blend.
Here is what the label will look like. More details coming soon. Stay tuned and thanks for your support!

So if you're not doing a comp and worried about appearance then straining wouldn't be needed?

Looking forward to it BigRon

Correct deguerre (and thansk for the interest). It has spices in the blend that will leave small stains if not strained. Some do not mind and some do so I added the note just to keep everyone advised it may stain due to the spices.

Flavor profile is like Big Ron's In The House Seasoning. It has phosphates as well, but NO MSG. More info on my website and feel free to order up and will ship out tomorrow. Thanks!

I tried Ron's beef injection on 2 briskets I did this past weekend for a Bills tailgate party. I combined the injection with the In the House rub and the briskets were excellent.Great flavor from the rub and the injection and it definitely helps keep the meat moist, something we have been struggling with in competitions. We are going to put it to the judges test this weekend at the Oinktoberfest competition. If the judges like it as much as the 50 or so people at our tailgate did, we should be in good shape.
I did not strain it, and did not notice any staining of the meat, for those wondering. I also mixed mine with beer as the liquid!!!
Another great product from Ron!!!

Great to hear Polishdon, and thanks for the feedback!
(I might only notice the staining since I know there are spices in the mixture)
