I've searched this forum for a roll call for the BBQ On The River in Excelsior, MO this weekend. So, I thought I'd start one, but I see all roll calls begin with a special prefix, making me think something special must be done to start one. Can someone educate me please?

It is under prefix when you start a new thread. Starts out as no prefix and you just have to scroll down under the prefix area for all the different categories
