Hey all,
On kinda of a last minute thing, we are using the MILs time share in Onomia, MN at a golf resort, and we don't golf!

Looking for ideas from y'all for things to do in the area. Already done Father Hennepin State Park, thinking of going to Brainerd one day, and there another State Park we're gonna hit.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You can get a good Patty Melt at Muggs bar in Wahkon, there is the casino(coring to me but some like it) Reed's sporting goods in Onamia, Brainerd is good also, Paul Bunyan place on 18 east of Brainerd is fun for family. A lot of people like to drive around Mille Lacs lake also.

Another 30 miles north of Brainerd is Jr's No. 19 BBQ Co. (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Jrs-No-19-BBQ-Co/200783054983)great BBQ and he sells his sauce also.

Appreciate the info Kurt.
We'll go to Mille Lac State Park one day this week, Brainerd too, and maybe a drive around the lake.
Thought about driving to Duluth to go to the Aquarium, but the SoDT thought it may have been a long drive and a lot of $$ for what we would have gotten. Any thoughts on the aquarium in Duluth?
