I've never done a Comp but I was wondering if anyone ever turns in Boneless Chicken Thighs?

I did twice. Had good results the first time, not zoo good the next. Now I go bone in thighs and results so far have been better.

We used boneless last year and got called 5 of 6 comps. Same recipe this year and we haven't been called in chicken in 4 comps so far. Considering doing bone in at the next

Tried boneless at the start of last year - didn't go well. Frankly, I think it freaked a few of the judges out based on the comment cards. Switched to bone-in late last season and have been getting real good results.

Thanks for the replys. I did these the other night at home and the cooking time was about cut in 1/2. + they REALLY good (just S & P).

Tried it once. They looked good and tasted good, but we got hammered. Never did it again.
