Preparing a bid for a wedding reception for 90 people, the bride is wanting pulled pork, fried chicken, green beans, cheesy potatoes and pasta salad. I have good handle on amounts of the food except the chicken part. I was wondering if I should figure on 1 or 2 pieces per person? I am going with 1/4 lb of pork pp and 4oz on the other sides. Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a great day.

What type of chicken? If doing breasts I fig 1 person, the same with leg quarters. If doing a mix then I usually fig 2 pieces per person.

I will be frying it and it will be mixed pieces.
You could get by figuring 1 1/2 per person on chicken, with the pork.
