Folks, thanks for reading my post and thanks for the interest! I have been trying to get my BBQ sauce to sell more frequently and believe a FREE giveaway may help.

For the month of June FREE bottle of BBQ sauce with any purchase.

Rolled out in July 2011 Big Ron's BBQ Sauce has been fortunate enough to grab top 10 honors at two national BBQ sauce contests.

2nd Place Overall Tomato Mild - American Royal BBQ Sauce Contest
9th Place Overall Tomato Mild - National Best of the Best BBQ Sauce Contest

I do ask one request if possible. Can you all please post some pics of cooks with the sauce for others to view?

As always thanks for your support!!

I really don't mean to hijack, but here's how I made the Chili:

Big Ron's Ribeye Chili
So I wanted to make some chili with Big Ron's mix as it finally got cool here in Memphis. The directions called for two pounds of the protein of your choice. I was all out of TVP but had this ribeye hanging out...

Well, OK, the prime rib was in an ungraded cryovac that really wasn't good enough for steaks but still had a great beefy flavor so...I used 2 packs of Big Ron's chili mix. I cut up about 4 lbs of the PR and generously dusted with Big Ron's mix (Great stuff BTW).

I like to make a LOT of chili when I cook it.:becky:

These were left in the fridge overnight when they were brought to room temp and grilled over Kingsford Comp with 4 chunks of hiskory for smoke. In the meantime I sauteed a medium onion, a red bell pepper and a few cloves of minced garlic. Oh, I also the night before made some dried pintos (2 cups and 6 cups water with some Big Ron's mix) the night before, so this ain't TEXAS chili :becky:. The meat when grilled was cut into cubes. I added two cans of chopped tomatos, a can of Rotel, a can of tomato sauce, a can of tomato paste and a couple cups of beef broth to the mix. Then just let it go for a few hours in the slow cooker until the beef was tender. This chit was farking great! Here's some pics.

Hot stuff!
This shot was accidental but it looks like the packs are flaming so cool.

ready to grill

On the grill

Meanwhile - onion, red pepper and garlic

In the pot...

And in the bowl with cheddar, Monteray Jack, Sour Cream and Green Onions...

Like I said. This chit was farking good. If you haven't tried Big Ron's chili mix, you need to.:thumb::thumb:

Thanks for looking!
