Is this for real? 4 teams in a KCBS contest? Dang in my backyard and I did not even know about it! I could have come in top 5 in a farken contest and I miss it!

It took all of daves concentration, determination,perserverance top finish in the top 4....good on ya Dave and Ill see ya in Bakersfield!

Entry fee versus payout issues. However, with four teams, it was a nice payout. $5,000 purse.

we couldnt get any infor from the website..then couldnt cotact anyone and obviously others had the same issues...ALso we have a rule never be the fifth team in a 5 team contest if Dangerous Dave is entered.

It was a case of sandbagging at it's finest..haha.had to do it..two of those teams were first time catering guys too..I talked to Dave Friday night and it was a last minute cook with Andy Soto and Tom Moore helping..they had a fun time stole the cash and hardware..and also picked up some KCBS points..looking back I guess we should have went too!
