Moderators, if this belongs somewhere else, I understand Figured it's best to go here.
Gotta admit, as a former member of the KC marketing community, this is a kick in the nards. I never did any volunteer work here, so I really don't have a dog in the fight, but I'm going to call BS on the choice of the American Royal for choosing a DC PR firm to promote the contest.
Local support and local PR volunteers were good enough to build this contest into what it has become and now the AR has turned it's back on the Kansas City marketing community. :mad2:
