nothing special to speak of in BG. a ton of chain restaurants & avg BBQ. :mmph:

the motor city grill has a decent bar though.:thumb:

there's Wahbah steakhouse w/ bands & the sunday blues jam.

Try Whitt's BBQ , for pulled pork , off of scottsville rd. I think thats about it for bbq..

Whitt's BBQ has a pretty good pulled pork sandwich. Other than that mostly chain places. Ask the front desk staff at the hotel where the locals go.

Also you can drive about a half hour to Glasgow, KY and go to Big Mooses BBQ for some really unique and good sliced pork butt. This kind of Q is only served in a 2-3 county area of KY.

Dang. Missed that one. The stick in the muds I was with only wanted BBQ one time, and we stopped @ Johnny's BBQ somewhere in Alabama (Goodman?) and got some pretty good pulled pork on the way up...

Sliced pork butt ... You take it off the smoker at a lower internal temperature ...

Moonlight BBQ Owensboro Ky , has bbq mutton . It is kind of known for its bbq , have not been there , about a little less than an hour away from Bowling Green...
