Howdy all!

Just stumbled across this here forum.

Bout me? Texas born and proud of it!

Been BBQn for a while now. I cook on 2 larger offsets, or a WSM or a Weber kettle or two, or my ugly barrel pit or...

Love to BBQ, grill and cook in general. Looking forward to sharing ideas and learning a thing or two...

Well not quite half the state but almost! If anyone wants to come down to San Antonio with a chain saw I will give them half the wood if they help me take out a mesquite tree I want to get rid of!

Thanks... Some of us can even tolerate Okies... :)

If your from Tulsa, ya don't happen to work for AA, EDS or Sabre do ya? guess I better get to know a few things 'for I start bad mouthing those who provide my pay check...
