This was Clint's inspiration for Nancee's memorial entry.
Truly remarkable.
The patty was stuffed with crab. The burger was a magical mix of Sir Bobo's incredible brisket. Topped with pork jowl bacon, roasted tomatoes, and skewered with a rosemary shaft through a large piece of crab meat.
And the turn in was done with 2 seconds to spare.
I wish we had a photo of the final entry as the burgers were plated on a sand beach platter (brown sugar) with some chocolate turtles around.
Amazing.

I think we were beaten by soup but Don, Bobo, and I did something really special for Nancee's category and I'm proud to end my Grilling on the Bay run with that dish. T

I couldn't wait to make those burgers. Still haven;t tasted one or any of the recipes from yesterday but they seemed to do well.

Next up for team Bobo, Don and SIDE is Staten Island. Get ready!
