Mike had a message on his Facebook that I am passing along.
"We would like to let everyone know we still have a couple of seats left for the upcoming Lotta Bull "U" happening on February 17-18, 2012. This will be the most intense Lotta Bull "U" we have ever done. We have some surprise guests involved in this class, which has never been done before. The cost of the class could be well over $2500 if done separately, but the knowledge and information you will get will be PRICLESS!!
We will start at 4:00 PM on Friday, February 17th, at the WinStar World Casino RV Park in Thackerville, OK. We will be covering from the time that we arrive at a KCBS (Kansas City Barbecue Society) sanctioned event up through normal turn-in times on Saturday. You will have the opportunity to prep and season the meat along with Mike as he demonstrates and gives you a step-by-step process for each meat category. We will be showcasing some of the products that we use or will be using this season. There may also be a "special offer" only extended those in this class.
