Yeah, if all it takes to get paid to be a reporter is to state the obvious and be wrong with 40-50% of the statements made, sign me the fark up!

OK. let it fly - but what exactly did he do wrong? For a first attempt it sounded pretty good. He brined, rubbed, kept temps even. Final product looks pretty good.

He seemed to have had an easier time than I did on my first butt cook. There were a few things he did I thought I did better, but the end results looked pretty good.
