I used Oakridge BBQ Competition Beef and Pork rub on a chuck roast cooked like a brisket.

What can I say except awesome! Good bark and good flavor, and my wife could detect no salt, which made her very happy.

That's awesome; I've made some seasoning purchases online lately and have focused on one brand at a time just to get an idea about their line of spice. Looks like Oakridge BBQ is going to have to be the next one in line!
