I guess each store got one or two and the HEB closest to me has not sold their's so they have marked it down from $499 to $399.

I cannot remember the exact model number something like 20203036. This one is missing the damper cover and the charcoal rack in the fire chamber.

So, offer them $200 since you'll need to order the parts! :D

That reminds me, it is also missing the propane connections, I guess I should offer them $50 since it is so defective. :)

They still have two smokers marked down to $399. From what I have seen online, that is a good deal with the price of steel.
