I like it!
Me too. To be ideal, it needs a kitchen as well as an insulated/refrigerated walk-in section for meat and beverage storage.

Some guys have it made and get to do/build fun stuff like that for a living. Take me back to that wrong turn I made in my career choice. I shouldve been a welder. I was good at in in shop. But that was 20 years ago.

Some scrap steel, a new welder book, a used welder a lot of practice and you can go back to that turn.

As a matter of fact Ive got a new welder and I'm looking into taking welding classes at the local community college. I need some rogue credits and this will do. The Miller Bobcat I bought has the capability of adding on a MIG and/or TIG. If I can make it pay for itself I will be making the upgrade purchases.

Don't do it.
Welders are freaks.
SoCalCraigster took some welding classes, and we never saw him again.
I'd miss your cats asses.
