Smoker is going...salmon and duck are off. Ribs about to....brisket awhile longer.
I just remembered a bunch of ground beef in the fridge...throught about trying to do some kind of makeshift 'turds'.
Any suggestions for seasonings to mix in ground beef...to make some 'chubs' to throw on the smoker?
Might as well use them while it is fired up, eh?
