I have been cooking at a few cookoffs and have been using an electric knife to slice my ribs and brisky.I want to find a good slicing knife so i won't have the rippled looking cuts. A while back someone posted about a new knife he was helping design that sounded great, but I can't find it now.I am open for suggestions of any kind of knife that will help my turn in look nicer.

Got this one a few weeks ago and used it at my last competition for brisket and it is sharp as hell. Makes perfect slices. The reviews for it were awesome.

The fibrox handles on those Victorinox by forschners are awesome! They don't slip even if wet or greasy
