Here is a bit of pron of some hot wings I grilled up on Saturday further testing the new rub. Enjoy!:thumb:

The color is outstanding. The flavor of experiment one was also wonderful, as we did thighs this weekend. Can't wait for the next version to come!

I’m not necessarily making it hotter just more of a pronounced flavor. Anyone can make anything super hot (add habanero :mad2:) which doesn't take skill.

It came! The original formula was good, but this batch so so much...more BOLD. The taste is similar to my favorite vinegar/cayenne mop/sauce in powdered form, with a few additional layers of flavor. The heat is perfect for me. Can't wait to try this! I can see it being a great rub for ribs too...:thumb::thumb:
