Welp its been a while since I've fired the smoker...
Trying to clean out the freezer before we leave for Texas in a month... so my last two briskets went on this morning... having a little "josh is making brisket, bring a side" party this afternoon... rumor has it one of my other buddies has some baby backs to throw on after the briskets shrink... best part about the wsm is I can get things on and run to church and not worry about it too much...
