The new Plowboys rub Fin & Feather is hitting a few select stores as we roll out. The first batch was a small run to ensure full production matched the lab samples. Success! Another 2000 pounds is on order. :thumb:

Big Poppa Smokers, Fred's Music Supply, BBQ Island, KC BBQ Store, and All Things BBQ gobbled up the first few cases. If you don't see it online yet, give them a call.

The rub is seafood & poultry rub, thus the name: Fin & Feather. It is unlike anything you've likely had. Try it on grilled shrimp with a butter glaze at the end for a grilled shrimp scampi.

Cool. Do you have any physical store retailers in Dallas that carry your rubs? I know you are at Bass Pro but both of those are a 45 minute drive from where I live. (DFW is really spread out). I would love to check your stuff out but the shipping is cost prohibitive for me at this point.

Thanks!

Plowboy - what about the east coasters? Try Chef Central in Bergen County, NJ. They have a BBQ rub section with mediocre rubs at best. Your stuff (I am an avid fan of Yardbird) should fly off the shelves.

That is great since we are about to have a Grand Opening for one here in the next couple of weeks. I saw someone ask about Bass Pro but didn't see a response. Will they be carrying it too?

We're going to present Fin & Feather to Bass Pro for next year. Seems like a good fit, but we'll see what their buyers say.

I place my order through KC BBQ. I like to taste different flavor profile's, but seeing it's plowboys I am positive it will be good.

I'll have to grab some either from KC BBQ next time I need an online order or from St. Louis Home Fires if they are going to get any for their shelves.
