Just got a Bandera from the local Academy Sports and Outdoors, Houston, TX. then found this forum. Gave its first go round this weekend in the middle of a terrible thunderstorm (hope for better weather next time) with 10# of chicken quarters, 15# pork butts and 2 Owens brand fatties. Smoked all of them with Mulberry from my back yard (the thing is a weed.) Have to say that everything I have read so far has paid off. Thanks for all the info and hopefully I will be able to contribute something down the line.
