How do you actually get started? Ive seen people advertising on CraigsList and such, but wonder just how much business they get from there. Id love to just do onsite stuff for now, but have no idea how to start...so, how do I start? LOL.

I KNOW to be a fact that my BBQ is good...people have begged me to cook for them. How do I let the general public know, though, and how do I actually get gigs? What do you guys do?

We do it as a legit business. Its loads of work and costly to do right.

Most will find the cost of getting into this business as a part time gig is cost prohibitive.
