I was asked to judge a Military BBQ comp in Washington DC this weekend. I unfortunately can't make it but if there is a KCBS judge that can shoot me a PM.

I'd love to judge this one (having retired with 24 years service), but unfortunately I've already committed to judge a North Carolina Pork Council comp this Saturday.

GOOD LUCK finding someone!!!

I've been reading up on all the things I'm supposed to say in the judges tent in another thread, so I think I'm qualified. :thumb: Unfortunately, I'm in Boulder this weekend.

And don't forget the comment cards so you can tell the cooks how they should have cooked!!!:thumb:

Reimbursed for hotel and gas. This is an exclusive event, where only the top chefs from the Marines, Army, Coast Guard. Airforce, and Navy compete. Your family is invited for there will be tastings, ice carving comps, and demonstrations. This is not open to the public.

Sounds better all the time!!! But alas, I'm committed elsewhere...
