do you cook them just like hamburgers? or is there a recipe?

Yeah, except there's no such thing as a medium rare turkey burger. Cook is thoroughly to 170 or so.

Turkey burgers tend to fall apart pretty easy due to being lean I guess. So make em thick and only flip once.

We do 1/2 turkey and 1/2 ground beef to better flavor... I generally use more seasoning with turkey than beef...
