Mike,
Interesting event--lot's going on.
Our founder's team is NY based--maybe PooBah wants to come and play

Are you a promoter, competetor, or ...?

Get on over to Cattle Call area and say "HI" to the gang.

We don't bite--well not too much anyway

Ahh - Phil - u listening? If we can't cook, I'd like to judge. But I'd rather cook.

And the rest of NY brethren. The silent ones - you know who you are - come on out and cook.

Mike - welcome. but get over to cattle call and introduce yourself.

Tim,

The Hudson Vally Ribfest is sponsor by the Highland Rotary Club, I so happen to be the pearson that came up with the ideal.

I will be a great event for both the cookers and the people who attend the event.

We will have the 3 elements that work for a festival:

Good Food
Good Music
Good Drink
