I noticed that on the recipe pages from last season pitmasters, bubba latimer of bub-ba-que has baileys Irish creme in his brisket and burnt ends. Has anyone tried this? If so, what did u think?

Maybe you should try your Absolut Mandarin w/ cranberry juice to really make it unique to you :wink:
