Here are some pics of my homemade pipe grill as requested by Parrothead, Jorge, and others. It is about 7 years old, and made of a 24" piece of 12"pipe, with 3/8" wall thickness. I made it at work with the help of a couple of the contract welders. We use it for tailgating, as it is easy to chain down, and its 150lb weight makes it fairly difficult to steal.

Very nice.
Ever dropped the door? :D

On your finger?
Seriously, very nice. Definitely not something to just 'throw' in the truck, huh?

Company pool vehicle, but it has a lift gate, which makes it nice when you want to take your Q to work to prep for tailgate season!! Also, work has a dumpster for cheap people like me who don't want to pay for garbage pickup.
