Ive' heard about these Sundae's. They sound delicious. How do you make yours? What size cup and what do you charge?
Thanks for your feedback

The ones I've seen come in a 16 or 20 oz. cup. layer of bbq (have seen both pork, brisket, or a combination of the two, in separate layers, layer of mashed potatoes, another of bbq, topped with mashed potatoes, a cherry tomato, and a squirt of bbq sauce
Charge 5.50-6.00 a pop is what I've seen, let the market be your guide

A base of bbq beans, pulled pork, coleslaw and bbq sauce.
Mashed potatoes???
$8 at the IL state fair and also $8 at a local event here next weekend. And yes they put mashed potatoes in it as well.

Man, that is LOVELY! My wife makes some "loaded" mashed potatoes that would work great in there, too! :thumb:
