How many PP sandwiches?

Approximately how many pulled pork sandwiches will a trimmed 8 pound butt yield?
Also, do must vendors/caterers serve baked beans and cole slaw with their sandwiches?

Depends on how large portion you want, I usually figure on 50 percent yield, so that is 4lbs cooked, 1/4 sand= 16, 1/3 lb = 12 etc...

I work with the customer to see what they want for sides...

It all depends on portion size. How much do you want to put on bun, then figure. Roughly four pound yield at 50%. Sides all depend on customer's wishes. We always have plenty of options for sides, drinks and deserts. Hope that helps. Steve.
