Today, I finally got the chance to cook again after about a month! Skipped the brisket and just took it easy with a half dozen slabs of Babybacks and four fatties! Ended up giving a slab to a family behind us. They called after dinner to thank us again and say "Best ribs we've ever had!". I even took a slab next door to the neighbors we hadn't spoken to for nearly two years until we buried the hatchet last week! No word yet on what they thought. My sis-in-law is in town from Michigan and loved them! My fatties even turned out awesome... probably my best. I've ended up getting the fatties a little TOO dry in the past and these were moist and very tasty! All in all a great cook! I'll take that any day! Hope you all got a chance to fire it up this weekend!
