While i was at an indian artifact show in Collinsville, IL.. ate at a 'Bandanna's' bbq joint.. looked kinda like a corporate bbq version of applebees... anyway.. the turkey was awesome.. the brisket was so-so.. and the sausage was ok too. too expensive.. and the sauces they supplied werent too bad.. the 'hot n spicy' version was not quite 'hot n spicy'

I went to a Bandana's in the 'burbs of St. Louis a while back. I didn't try the turkey, but I agree about the brisket.. It was good, but not great. I really enjoyed the ribs, hoever. The rub was slightly sweet and they were cooked jsut right for me. Nice and tender, but not quite falling off the bone. I brought some of their rub home and used it on some baby backs. They came out great. I also bought some of the hot and spicy sauce, ut I'm the only one in the house who will eat it! Its too spicy for my wife and daughter...
