We primarily are a BBQ team, but have been getting requests for some private catering. Weíve been asked to cater a golf tournament for 180 people. I have no idea how much to make and was looking for some advice. They are requesting
Beef Brisket (Iíll make whole packers)
Pulled Chicken (Iíll make whole chickens)
Mac & Cheese,
Beans
Slaw
And they are dead set on having Mashed Potatoes.
Just wondering if anyone could give some suggestions on how much to make. Any help is appreciated, Thanks.
